“Pollination has improved significantly with the help of leafcutter bees acquired from Backyard Pollinators at Imperial, Sask. The bees ensure more even pollination throughout the orchard, McLeod says.”  See full  Western Producer article

  1. I shared one of your recent Facebook posts on my page and several of my friends have expressed interest- I hope that translates to many new customers for you.
As I was going “on and on” about our bees, I suddenly realized that I don’t think I have thanked you (and I apologize that I didn’t do it sooner). We so enjoyed our bees last summer- it was my husband’s idea to get the bees and immediately he was in love with them (I thought he was a little crazy), but then I started watching them and became obsessed with watching them. It was so relaxing (I am a nurse working during a pandemic so…I have a little stress!) We so enjoyed our bees and so did our family!
So thank you for providing us with bees and a bee barn, but also thank you for your help- on the website, your Facebook page and responding to our questions so promptly. I have seen so many videos of you and read so much info that I feel like I know you, even though we have never met. And I think that is a big part of the success of your business- you make people feel “welcome” even when you have never met them. So thank you for giving me an amazing yard and garden, thank you for giving us and our family hours of enjoyment and thank you for the amazing “made in Saskatchewan” way that you run your business. Merry Christmas to you and your family and I pray for a wonderful and prosperous 2021.

  2. I love my pollinator so much. We bought two of these little boxes over the summer and had an amazing never forgettable experience. These little guys hatched in my house and it gave our family a surprise. These bees are kind and gentle, they don’t bother a single person and my 10 year old got to experience them up close and personal as we helped a dozen of them out of our porch. They really liked my winter coat! 😛 We can all make the populations of bees flourish again one backyard pollinator at a time! ^_^ You definitely won’t regret the amazing gift and knowledge this creature brings everyday. I had the most beautiful lilies this summer and they bloomed in September! A really late time for them but with the help of my leafcutter bees, my entire garden bloomed. I couldn’t be more happier with this company, what they stand for and their products. Love your little friends in Frenchmens cove NFLD.

  3. I purchased some back yard pollinators last year because Jed told me the bee’s would not bother me. Once they hatched, they were a pleasure to have around. For 7 years I have been fighting a wasp problem and last summer I never seen a single wasp in my back yard. I will certainly have back yard pollinators in my yard from now on.

  4. Montessori School of Regina is excited to share that our Grade 4 – 8 class went to Imperial, Saskatchewan to visit the Backyard Pollinator! The children had an amazing time learning about Leafcutter Bees and making their own Backyard Pollinators! These bees and pollinators are helping to increase the bee population.

We want to say thank you to the Backyard Pollinator for welcoming us to your farm and teaching our Grade 4 – 8’s the benefits of bees and the importance of pollination!
